thoughts

to all my faithful readers…

do i even have any?

in retrospect.

So I didn’t get to do all those things that I wanted to do in Atlanta. It’s okay. It was all food anyways.

Instead, I did get to do a lot of things that weren’t on the list. And at the end of the day, those things were much more important than some silly restaurant.

Sometimes, it’s just one day that can make a difference in your life and bring a smile to your face.

It was nice to be back in a family again.

Some may say that no one can replace your real family, but the church life is so close that it’s practically no different.

little things.

I’ve discovered that there are little things that just bring a stupid goofy smile to my face.

These things usually make the world stop and for 30 seconds or so, life is just wonderful.

Then, of course, life goes back to suck normal.

What brings a stupid goofy smile to your face?

mindnumbing.

There is only so much you can do before your brain starts to numb.

Work, however, seems to accelerate the rate of numbness.

I think I’ve watched too much of The Office.  Any office I work in now will mentally fall into that mold.

I’m ready for my vacation.  See you Aug. 5.

dedication.

I’m dedicated.

So I’m going to post more.

So more people will read.

So more people will be happy.

So more people will have a common thread throughout humanity that they can rejoice in.

So more people will set aside their petty differences and realize the wondrous electronic blessing bestowed on them.

So fewer wars will break out.

So less people will die.

So the world will become overpopulated.

So the human race will wind up terminating itself.

It’s almost scary how much power I wield.
